superb location fresh orange juice friendly staff helpful tips
The location was superb. it was central to many attractions. The breakfast had fresh orange juice, good. The staff was very friendly AND helpful. I appreciated their assistance with directions and local tips.
The elevator was tiny. Only one person with luggage could fit at a time.

I found the breakfast included varied options daily, a nice surprise. the staff impressed me with their kindness. They assisted with bags and provided helpful recommendations. access to public transport was easy and convenient.
Ants were a major issue. I found them everywhere, even in the bed. the shower head in the bathroom was broken. the air conditioning barely worked. this made the room very uncomfortable

Good Location, Some Issues
italian style peaceful location early breakfast broken lock mouldy tiles temperamental air conditioning
The building displayed a lovely Italian style! The location was peaceful. Breakfast was available early. I caught my train comfortably.
The bathroom lock did not work! The shower tiles had black mould. The air conditioning was temperamental, its noise woke me up.

the staff was very kind and helpful! they gave great recommendations. the location was also very central. it made it easy to access public transportation.

a romantic hideaway in the heart of it all
central location helpful staff sweet breakfast
i found the location convenient. it was easy to access the theatre. i also walked to several charming spots. the friendly staff helped with taxis and provided helpful recommendations. the breakfast each morning was a sweet surprise, showcasing different treats.
the limited drink selection at the bar was a little disappointing. i wished for a broader range of choices when relaxing on the terrace.
